Bridal Brianna

As I have mentioned before, I recently got married to an awesome guy, Michael. Before our wedding, I had some bridal portraits taken by our fabulous photographer, Erin Goodrich (check her out here). I hadn't had a chance to post any when I got them back because we weren't married yet and well, Michael couldn't see my dress. But now that we are hitched, they are free game for all the world to see and today is the day! I hope you love them as much as I do!! Thank you so much for the amazingly awesome pictures Erin!

The pictures were taken at the Tulsa Garden Center and it was a VERY hot day! Luckily, the inside of the building is beautiful and we got to take most of the shots inside. If you are getting married and considering bridal portraits I would highly recommend taking them. It was a great way to get a trial of my wedding day hair and make-up and so much easier than trying to cram a bunch of bridals in on the day of the wedding.

Weekend Wrap-up

Now that we are married and our wedding planning is over, the hubs and I have been having such great weekends visiting with friends, decorating our house and enjoying time together. This weekend was no exception and we had lots of fun!

Friday night we met up with our good friends Karly and Fi for a nice dinner at Los Cabos on the Riverwalk. It was the perfect night to sit on the patio and the Riverwalk is our favorite place to do that! After dinner, we decided to have game night and played Phase 10 and Scattergories at our house.
Here's Michael and I after dinner
The boys playing an intense game of Phase 10
I had the winning hand (for that phase), Michael had the lowest score overall.

Saturday we decided to head out to the Tulsa State Fair with my parents and best friend, Kim. The hubs had NEVER been to a state fair, so we couldn't pass up the opportunity to show him what it was all about. Like I had mentioned before, I am a total foodie, which I get from my Dad, so there was no shortage of fried fair food during our trip.
Michael made the first food purchase with a double bacon wrapped corn dog with bacon bit batter and maple syrup dipping sauce!
Delish Cheese on a Stick for me!
YUCK!!! Cricket, Scorpion and Mealworm pizza. Do people really eat that?!
A horse sculpted out of butter
They had the Sugar Art Show cakes on display and they were all AMAZING!
BBQ Nachos for Mom and Kim
Dad got a Krispie Kreme Maple Bacon donut burger!!!
Ring Toss game that we totally lost
Cheesy Bacon Bombs (Pepperjack cheese fried and wrapped in bacon) and Jack Daniels Bacon Wrapped Churros
 Mexican Corn
 M&M covered caramel apple
Michael tried his hand at climbing the ladder...
And failed.

We had a great day at the fair, but were exhausted by the time we left! So Sunday was spent doing house chores, running errands and decorating for Fall!

Have a Fabulous Monday!
